Is pickup available for my order?

What do I do if my size is not available?
-If the size you are looking for is currently unavailable, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist you in finding the right size or exploring alternative options.


Do you accept returns of exchanges?
-We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive a faulty item, kindly contact us for assistance.


What are the shirts printed on?
-Our shirts are printed on Shaka Wear 7.5oz Max Heavyweight Garment Dye Short-sleeve T-Shirts


If I order items alongside a pre-order, when will they ship?
-Any items ordered alongside a pre-order item will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive the other items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.


When will my order ship?
-Cassette orders, unless marked as pre-orders, will typically ship within 1-2 business days. For clothing items, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping.
